why ?
it makes me a better person.
If i had to choose one thing that has the most effect in one's life, i would easily choose meditation, It literaly made everything more enjoyable and less chore like.
Healthier mind == healthier life == enjoyable life or ar least neutral life if you are a unlucky human
Meditating 2 times(once right after waking up and once before sleeping) daily made me more present and mindfull during the day
Meditation gifts you the ability to choose between listening to your thoughts or not, you decide if you want your thoughts to have an effect on you or not, thinking about a unjust done to you is helpful when doing that last hard rep of push ups.
